I am a mover and a shaker, I suppose, although that seems to be saying a lot.  I have never enjoyed being stagnant, so I try to keep moving.  So far I've been pretty successful.
I left my home & family in Napa, CA when I was seventeen and finished high school while living with a friend's family.  After graduating I moved to Sacramento, CA and went to school there full time for three years while working full time in sales management. 
Even then I managed to get out to Canada, and take extensive road trips to Colorado and New Mexico; weathering blizzards and desert.  While with the debate team I got out to Philedelphia and San Diego while becoming a Nationaly ranked Debater.  But after three years of full time/full time I decided it was time to take my own time.
I sold everything I could, put what I could/what I needed in the back of a pickup truck and toured the States for a month before leaving for Brazil.  After staying there for three more months I went to New Orleans, then New York for another three months, and then back to Sacramento for a year.
Now I'm in Los Angeles (San Pedro to be exact), and I'm thinking about what's next.  I plan to attend Tulane University in the fall of 2008 and persue a Political Science degree and then move into Law.  While there I hope to help rebuild what is in my opinion, the greatest city in the United States.  It is, after all, home to the ONLY American art form… Jazz.  Perhaps over the next summer I'll head out there to start volunteering.  Who knows?
